A lump of soggy newspapers shifted down an alley, trying to get comfortable on the concrete and garbage. The newspaper blanket slid off his face, which he turned to the rain. Sky blue eyes, faded from fatigue and destroyed innocence, watched the darkness above him, letting the rain drench his oily blonde hair and slide over his sharp face. James Wilthrope had been in worse conditions, being an army veteran.

Scary, eh? At a local pizza parlor. >< Personally, I don't like their pizza, but that's just me. I hate thin crust, since the crust is just as important as what's on the pizza (we had someone ask for anchovies my first week...it was on a BUSY day too). And since I've been working there, I don't think I'll ever eat there unless I get something from the grill.
